     Practice on May 13
    There will be a practice on May 13th. Practice will be held at Kennedy Park at 7:00.
    There is also some information on the message board regarding possible non-league games.

     Pizza Frenzy Cancelled, Game On!!!
    The team pizza frenzy that was scheduled for May 22nd has been cancelled.
    On May 22nd, the Apostles will play a make-up game against Peace Community that had been originally scheduled for May 8th at 6:10.
    The resheduled game will take place at 7:15 on Field B.

     Hot Hitting Apostles Win 20-6
    A close game through 3 innings erupted in the 4th as the Apostles tallied 8 runs followed by 5 in the 5th in taking a 20-6 victory over Marion Christian Center.
     The Apostles held a slim 1 run lead heading into the top of the 4th inning.
    A lead off double by Alan Hamman would be followed by a walk by Tom May and later by a double from Josh Hobbs and a triple from Rob Warren.
    The 8 run forth inning was followed by 2 scoreless innings in the field behind solid defensive efforts from Warren, Matt Holsinger and, Rich Snyder.
    Offensively, Nick Eckard scored a perfect night at the plate hitting 4-4 with 4 singles and 4 runs scored.
    Warren (3-4, 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple), Hamman (1-3, 1 double), Snyder (3-4, 2 singles, 1 double) and, Hobbs (3-4, 2 singles, 1 double) all posted doubles.
    Holsinger and May added 2 singles each.
    The Apostles will take on Peace Community May 8th in one of the 6:10 games.
