The Apostles scored in all but the second inning in scoring 14 runs on home team Berean Baptist.
The offense was sparked by big games from 3rd baseman Rob Warren and catcher Scott Cameron.
Plate Struggles Cost Disciples
The cool evening seemed to have cooled the Disciple bats as well in falling 10-5 to Berean in the second game of the evening at Sawyer-Ludwig Park.

MCSA News
The Marion Christian Softball Association invites those who are interested to join the league at the park.
The 2008 season is in full swing and there are games to be watched.
Mens leagues play Tuesday and Thursday at Sawyer Ludwig Park at 6:10 and 7:15. There is also a mens league that plays on Fridays on Morbitt Field at Lincoln Park 6:10-9:25.
There is a co-ed league that also plays at Lincoln Park on Monday evenings 6:10-9:25 on Morbitt Field.

What is Marion First Nazarene Softball
Marion First Church of the Nazarene Softball participates each year in the Marion Christian Softball Association in Marion, Ohio.
MFCN Softball is also the host for the annual Ohio Nazarene state tournament held the second Saturday in August.
Through the MFCN Softball ministry, relationships are established and restored. Men are encouraged in their walk with the Lord through devotions, prayer and comradery with team mates.
This site is provided as an aid to friends and family who wish to follow one or more of our teams through their season and tournaments.
